Sponsored by the Punjab National Bank, Himachal Pradesh Gramin Bank was founded by the consolidation of two Rural Regional Banks (RRBs), the Himachal Gramin Bank, Mandi and the Parvatiya Gramin Bank, through the Government of India notification on 15th Feb 2013. The bank operates across 12 districts in Himachal Pradesh and has a network of 263 branches across these districts. The Himachal Pradesh Gramin Bank offers mobile banking services through its ‘HPGB mBanking’ app. Now, you can perform your banking tasks from the touch of your mobile phone from anywhere, anytime. This app offers complete access to the Himachal Pradesh Gramin Bank services. The customers can gain access to several other banking features too, in a secure manner. The app supports Android 4.4 and above. With the mobile banking you can carry out all basic transactions like checking account balance, deposits, transferring of funds through NEFT within bank payees and outside bank payees.
To Register/Activate for mobile banking
- If you hold an account with the bank, download the ‘HPGB mBanking’ App from the Google Play store, or click the link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.HPGBGBMobileBankingApp&hl=en and click on install.
- Once the app is downloaded and installed on your mobile, click on the App and accept the terms and conditions mentioned therein.
- If you are already using the internet banking of the bank, type your User ID and Password and sign in to the mobile app to activate it.
- If you do not have an internet banking user id, use your account number, and click on the ‘Transaction and View’ facility and click the ‘continue’ button and follow the instructions to activate it.

I am unable to register my account in hpgb mbanking. There is asking to my card number and then asking for pin and when i’m feild my pin there is coming an error i.e. invalid action code/host not available. So please solve my problem after that i am able to register and to use mbanking.

I am not able to do online payment by debit card provided by HPGB. When I make a payment online then pop-up a message showing ” Your bank doesn’t response” & transaction failed. Please solve it & make me able to online payment.

Dear Sir/Madam I’m facing issue in my HPGB app as I’m registering my acc details in app. When I’m registering it simply says my acc is KYC no Complaint. Bank has all my details and they said my KYC is done and had no issue from their side. So please look into it and do the needful.
