Catholic Syrian Bank is one of the oldest banks of India. In recent times it has launched a UPI application pertaining to online transactions. It stands for United payment interface the medium by which you can go make online transactions. If you are facing any issues with the UPI app, failures of payment or deduction in amount.
It could be any other issue then you can follow the steps to register a complaint:
The Catholic Syrian Bank Toll-Free Number
You can straight away walk into your nearest branch and inform the manager about the issue you are facing. This is in relation to the fact that they can take the necessary steps. You could also call the toll free number and register a complaint. The number is 1800 266 9090. You can also submit the necessary documents to the bank and wait for their response within 3 to 4 working days. Alternatively, an email could be dropped to planning@csb.co.in.
In the second stage if the issues are not resolved by the nodal officer at a zonally level, or not solved by the branch, then you would need to wait for 10 to 15 days to receive a satisfactory reply. If still no progress is anticipated then write to the Principal zonally officer. He is the topmost authority of the bank with which you can lodge a complaint. This process is going to take 3 weeks to get a reply.
Banking Ombudsman
If the issue is still not solved and no satisfactory reply has emerged from the bank, you can get in touch with banking ombudsmen for help. It is situated in the state capital and they will investigate your case on an independent basis without any inference.
Hope these above-mentioned steps will be helpful in filing an online complaint easily.
