Currently, the Axis bank of India offers services like acquiring mini statement through SMS and Missed call method. Most of the credit card and debit cardholders lead a busy life and they wouldn’t have time to visit an ATM or a bank branch. Majority of them won’t even have time to spare for going online to download the credit card statement. However, the easiest and the simplest way to acquire a mini statement is by SMS or the Missed call method.
PS: to use this method the cardholder or the account holder should have their mobile number registered with the bank account. If not registered the account holder has to visit the bank in person and place the request with the bank staff and add his/her account with the mobile number.
Missed call method
To make use of this method the account holder has to dial 18004196969 or dial 18004196868 and the bank will send the details of the last 3 transactions to your mobile number through an SMS
SMS method
To make use of this method, the account holder has to type the text message “MINI<account number>” and then send the text message to 5676782 or to 9717000002 and the bank will send you the last 3 transaction details to your mobile through SMS.
Apart from these two methods the mini statement or the statement can be acquired using an Axis bank authorised official app or authorised 3rd party app. All you have to do is log into the account and then on the profile home screen, you will have the option to download the account statement. The apps are available for both Android as well as iOS devices.
